Release by William, son of Henry de Sancto Johanne, of Boketon, to the master and brethren of the hospital of Holy Trinity without Northampton, of all his right in lands in Boketon (Boughton), which Agnes de Dodeford formerly had of the gift of the late Ralph, rector of the church of Bokinton, in consideration of receiving two loaves of white bread a week from the said hospital and one loaf of squires' bread (panem ad armigerum).
