The third charter says that "the monk in charge of the cell at Planches had bought some land there from a priest named Fulbert with the consent of Fulbert's lords William de Fay and Wimund, who were brothers, and the consent of 'Wimund, called Felix, to whom the castle of Moulins itself then belonged, from whose benefice the aforesaid two brothers held their land."
