L. Ridley Chancellor from this jurisdiction and
... where it appends
to the Court that the greater ... of the... money for the tract of land of ?
has been paid and the ... will second
it is therefore ordered, adjudged, vacated
by the Court that are the right to the claim
[marked out] [unknown]... the above [unknown] heirs at ---
[unknown] of George St. John deceased be &
the same is deceased [unknown] of there. The Heirs
of said George St. John deceased to
the following divided tract of land lying &
being in Cannon County district who 6--
on the [unknown] of Hills Crick constanting
by [unknown] one hundred acres more or less
bounded as follows to the west, on the north
west by the lands of Archibald Stone -- On
the south by the lands of William Bates
On the East by the lands of Nancy Scott
and the same is hereby resided by
Archibald Stone the [unknown] and his heirs
and assigns forever -- it is further ordered
by the Court that A. Stone pay to the Chaplin
of this Court an [unknown] sufficient to
the ballance of the costs of this cause
out of the wife said [unknown] ...
for which Exectuor ... issue
