Plaintiffs: Margaret St John, widow and executrix of Oliver St John.

Defendants: Francis St John and Jane St John.

Subject: Claim under parol lease, and for discovery as to same, having been made to plaintiff's late husband by defendant Francis St John, or Henry St John, late husband of defendant Jane St John. Moiety of the parsonage of Kaisho [Keysoe], Cambridgeshire, belonging in fee to the master and fellows of Trinity College [Cambridge], and by them leased to Dr Dodding of the said college, who assigned the same to Henry St John deceased.
