2. of the Lorde god in thousand 5ive hundred fiftye and ? of Wyllyam Seynt John of

3. ychellolye [Uchel-olau] in the countye of Glamorgan and diocesis of Landaff. Beynge sicke of body but

4. whole and perfect of rememberance. Dothe make my last wyll and testament in memorie and

5. forme followynge ? first I do ? give and bequeathe my soul unto almighty god and my

6. bodye to be buryed in the church of ychellolye. ITEM I do wyll ? and appoint all my
