    said took his seat over the bench and ordered county
    of Cannon County, to open Court; which was accordingly
    done

    David M. Farrate, Adm[inistrato]r of George St. John deceased,
    John St. John; William St. John, Thomas St. John, Barry St. John
    Arthur St. John, Martin St. John, sons of George St. John died.
    ----Good all & wife[,] Nancy and Barry St. John children of
    Abner St. John, who was a son of said, interstate[end of phrase], Alexander
    Warren, Gustavus Thornton & his wife Sarah Jane, Henry
    Thornton & wife, Elizabeth Caranine, George M. Warren
    Martha Warren, Arthur Warren & William Warren - the
    sons last named of whom are minors without a regular
    guardian and appear by their father & next friend
    Arthur Warren, Elisha Stiles, John Stiles, Martha, who
    intermarried -- Nancy Amo who intermarried with
    Catharine Stiles, Mahaby Stiles,, the two last who are
    minor without a regular guardian and appear by
    by their father & next friend Elisha Stiles

    upon the probatum aff[unknown] and the Court not being sufficiently
    informed as to whether or not it will be to the advantage of
    the probationese to sell the lands in the probatum [unknown].
    It is therefore ordered adjudged and disposed by the court that
    the clerk testator be an purpose and [unknown] to the permanent terme
    within or rest it with be more to the advantage of the heirs to
    sell said lands than to make partition and that he also assist
    ..... and until the
    causing in of said report all of the matters and things here
    are ordered.
