    This photo of Julius St John Knudsen was taken while he visited his aunt, Dagmar Knudsen who was retired teacher, in Oregon while he was on his way to meet up with the 194th Calvary tank group from his home town of Brainerd, MN. He was in Calif. working when he heard of his buddies being sent to the Philippines, he joined the Army and joined his friends and shipped out of Washington state and was later lost and was declared MIA in the Death March of Bataan.
