    To all people to whom these projects shall come, I Matthias Saint John Sen[ior] do send greeting. Know ye that this said Matthias Saint John of the town of Norwalk in the county of Fairfield within her majesties Colony of Connecticut in New England! For and in consideration of love, good will and affection which I have and do give towards my loving son, Samuell Saint John of the town of Ridgefield within the aforesaid county and colony. Have given and granted and do by these projects freely clearly and absolutely give and grant from me and my house unto him the said Samuell Saint John [unknown] heirs and assigns forever my Pine Hill Lot of land within the lower field within the township of Norwalk containing by Estimation [Unknown] acres be it more or less bounded East and land of Daniell Comstock on the west a high way, north and land of Thomas Fitches, on the south and highway also. Lightly three pounds of my right in Cominage with my township of Norwalk with all the privileges those years adjoining from my first grant of the town of twenty acres to the hundred or ever may or shall [unknown] upon the same these forwards to have and to hold as his and his proper estate absolutely without any manor of conditions. In witness o[unknown] of I have here unto [Unknown] my hand and seal this fifth day of April in the ninth year of her majesties reign Anno domini 1710 .

    To all people to whome these presents shall come, I Matthias Saint John Sen[io]r Do send Greeting. Know ye that this said Matthias Saint John of Town of Norwalk in the County of Fairfield within her majesties Colony of Connecticutt have and do bear towards my Loveing son Samuell Saint John of the town of Ridgefield with my aforesaid county and colony. Have given and granted and do by these presents freely clearly and absolutely give and grant from me and my home until him the said Samuell Saint John him his heirs and asigns forever. My [?] lot of land sitting lower frold within the township of Norwalk continuing by estomation ? acres be it more or less, bounded last and land of Daniel Comstock and west a highway, north the land of Thomas Fitches, on the south the highway also. eighty three pounds of my right in comonage with my township of Norwalk, with all the priviledges there ? ajoining from and first grandt of the ? of twenty acres by a hundred; or ever may or shall arise upon the ? thence forwards to have and to hold as his and their proper estate absolutely without any manor of conditions. In witness of ? of have here unto ? my hand to seal this fifth day of April in the nineth year of her majesties Reign Annogire Donimo 1710.
